BREAKING BAD COSTUME GUIDES

1

Heisenberg Costume

Heisenberg is Walter White’s alter ego and symbolizes his shedding of the societal norms that have restrained him his whole life and the embracing of the drug kingpin persona he really is.

This is an instantly recognizable look thanks to that iconic fedora hat and dark shades. It also also very easy to make yourself, making Heisenberg a fantastic cosplay option for fans of the series.

2

Jesse Pinkman Costume

As Breaking Bad develops, we come to recognize Jesse Pinkman as the true protagonist of the show. A petty drug dealer and struggling addict with a heart of gold, Pinkman cemented himself as one of the most popular characters of the whole show.

Dress like Pinkman with a yellow hoodie, black beanie, and a few other simple accessories that many of us associate with the generic slacker-counter-culture type.

3

Jane Margolis Costume

Jane Margolis is a brief girlfriend of Jesse Pinkman whose tragic drug overdose leaves a lasting impression on him for the remainder of the series.

Are you looking to combine your love of Breaking Bad with an adorable couple costume idea for you and your partner? Look no further than Jane and Jesse!

4

Saul Goodman Costume

Despite initially only being intended as a minor character with a brief story arc, Saul Goodman’s unique blend of questionable legal practices and unparalleled smooth talking made him so popular that he eventually got his own equally successful spinoff.

Saul Goodman likes to differentiate himself from other run-of-the-mill lawyers with his bold suit choices and packed wardrobe of vibrant dress shirts. See how to dress like Saul with our step-by-step guide.

5

Gus Fring Costume

As TV bad guys go, Gus Fring is surely one of the best. His backstory is tragic and believable, allowing us to relate to an antagonist who, despite trying to kill our supposed heroes, we still can’t help but love.

As a pillar of the community, Gus keeps his outfits simple but always with a touch of class. Dress like Gus with a yellow shirt, gold-rimmed glasses, and an authentic Pollos Hermanos apron.

6

Hank Schrader Costume

Hank Schrader is like a relentless bull dog when it comes to enforcing the law. Unfortunately, that puts him straight into the path of his brother-in-law Walter with disastrous consequences.

We made our own DEA cosplay with an authentic police badge, a burnt-orange-color dress shirt, and a simple bomber jacket.

7

Walter White Costume

Before we had Heisenberg we had Walter White. Who he really is by the time he starts working for Gus Fring is up for debate. However, this look was simply too iconic not to include.

You will need a hazmat costume and gas mask, as well as a bald cap and fake goatee, if you’re not rocking a similar look already.

8

Mike Ehrmantraut Costume

As a retired (disgraced) former cop with a slightly more malleable moral compass than others, Mike provides an ideal foil to the character of Hank Schrader.

However, just like Hank, his former experience in law enforcement is clear to see in his understated and practical costume design.

Ask any one hundred people to name the greatest TV show of all time and Breaking Bad is sure to be up near the top, every time. Despite its somewhat outlandish premise, stellar writing combined with the acting performances of a lifetime, bring the seedy drug underworld to life in a way never before seen.
