Zootopia Costume Collection
The essential pieces are a light blue uniform shirt, navy vest, navy pants or leggings, utility belt, police badge and gray rabbit ears. Knee pads, a rabbit tail and Judy’s carrot recorder can make the costume more accurate.
Layer a navy vest or fitted top over a light blue shirt, then add navy leggings or trousers and a black belt. Finish the outfit with homemade rabbit ears, a printed Zootopia police badge and comfortable black or gray shoes.
Cut two long ears from gray felt, faux fur or craft foam and add smaller pink inner-ear pieces. Insert flexible wire or firm foam for support before attaching the ears to a wide headband.
