Helga wears a sleeveless pink dress with a darker pink stripe over a short-sleeved white shirt. Her white shoes, blonde pigtails, oversized pink bow and prominent unibrow complete the outfit.
Layer a plain pink dress over a white T-shirt and attach a darker pink fabric strip around the hem using fabric tape or glue. Add white shoes, a large pink bow and a blonde wig styled into two pigtails.
