With his oversized top hat, bushy eyebrows, and a penchant for snacks, he’s the ultimate cartoon politician. Despite his eccentric personality and often incompetent nature, the Mayor is fiercely devoted to his city and its protectors, the Powerpuff Girls. His constant calls for help and panicked cries of “The Powerpuff Girls!” are both hilarious and endearing. The Mayor may not be the sharpest tool in the shed, but he’s the most adorable leader Townsville could ask for.
