ABOUT COURAGE:

Courage, the titular hero of Cartoon Network’s beloved series, is a cowardly canine with a heart of gold. Despite his petrifying fear of the supernatural horrors that plague his home in Nowhere, Kansas, Courage’s unwavering loyalty to his eccentric owners, Muriel and Eustace, compels him to face these terrors head-on. With his expressive pink face, oversized ears, and tendency to scream at the top of his lungs, Courage is the ultimate cartoon underdog, proving that true courage isn’t the absence of fear, but the ability to overcome it. He may be a scaredy-cat, but he’s the bravest pup around.

How To Dress Like Courage

1. BODY SUIT – We started our Courage outfit with a pink full-body suit, mainly to save money on body paint.

2. EARS – Add a floppy dog ears headband in brown and you’re already well on your way with this super easy look!

3. TEETH – Next, Courage’s signature buck teeth, bonus points if you feel like painting a black cavity into one of them for full authenticity.

4. TAIL – The tail is honestly optional but if you want to go all the way then this was the best fake tail in pink we found.

5. BROW LINER – Courage is sporting an impressive set of bushy brows and you can too with a simple brow liner. This can also be used to draw the whiskers and spots on your cheeks.

6. FACE PAINT – Paint your nose brown and use that brow liner to shade and just like that, you’re ready to defend the town of Knowhere!
