ABOUT COOPER HOWARD:

Cooper Howard, known as “The Ghoul,” is a complex and haunting character in the Fallout TV series. Once a successful Hollywood actor, he became disillusioned with the pre-war world and his involvement with Vault-Tec. After surviving the nuclear apocalypse, he transformed into a ruthless bounty hunter, driven by his own survival instincts. Despite his grim evolution, Cooper retains glimpses of his former heroic self, struggling to reconcile his past with the harsh realities of the wasteland.

How To Dress Like The Ghoul
