ABOUT TULIO:

Tulio is one of the main characters in DreamWorks’ animated film The Road to El Dorado. Voiced by Kevin Kline, he is a clever and ambitious con artist, often portrayed as the more strategic and anxious counterpart to his friend Miguel. Tulio is characterized by his quick thinking and tendency to overanalyze situations, which sometimes leads to comedic moments.
