ABOUT PERCY JACKSON:
Percy Jackson is a demigod who discovers he is the son of Poseidon, the Greek god of the sea. In the books, he is described as a brave and loyal young man with messy black hair and sea-green eyes. As the son of Poseidon, Percy possesses many water-related abilities such as hydrokenesis, the creation of air bubbles in water, and the power to transform water into solid objects.
1. SHIRT – Percy Jackson wears a regular green plaid flannel shirt in the new The Olympians Disney+ show.
2. T-SHIRT – Under his flannel shirt, Percy wears a simple gray tee with an understated graphic in the middle.
3. SWORD – Percy Jackson’s sword is called “Riptide” and was gifted to him by Chiron the centaur under the instruction of Poseidon. As such, it features Poseidon’s trident just above the hilt. That aside, it is very similar in design to a Roman short sword.
4. JEANS – For your Percy Jackson costume, any regular-fit dark wash jeans will work.
5. BACKPACK – A regular black backpack is a small reminder that Percy is really just a regular school kid who had a great responsibility thrust upon him.
6. WIG – If you don’t have naturally curvy or wavy hair like Percy then consider adding a mid-length wig to finish off your costume.
